Job Description: RN Circulator
Location: Jefferson City, MO, 65109
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Circulator to join our team. The RN Circulator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures
- Assist in positioning patients on the operating table
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery
- Assist the surgical team with equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
- Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN Circulator
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours
