We are in need of aggressive self-motivators with excellent people skills and good written/verbal communication skills. You will be selling insurance for one of the top names in the industry!

As a Agent, you will be an employee of Wyler Insurance and Allstate Agency.

Key Functions:

Write new lines of insurance business.

Follow consistent processes for:

Quoting policies

Lead Follow up

Application completion

Understand and follow underwriting guidelines

Ensure all documents are completed and correct

Manage prospecting campaigns

Stay ahead of company/state required training

A full line of products will be offered (property, casualty, life and health). It is imperative you gain a working knowledge of the products you'll be selling. Licensing is a must. Bilingual is preferred but not required. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!  If you have a great attitude, are a self starter, have a willingness to succeed and be part of a brand new venture, this may be your gig!
