RPA Program manager /Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX if possible. (Hybrid is the priority)

• 10 years of experience
• Program management experience implementing bulk automation with RPA Tools like UiPath
• Hand's on expertise in Collaborating with BPS team and onshore client team for Process Assessment, Business Case creation and defining the project objectives and deliverables
• Experience in process discovery- complexity, sizing , estimates and Cost-Benefit documentation
• Leading project team in Business meetings, governance meeting, Change meeting
• Provide enablement support in UAT and automation
• Implementation Collaborating with the development team in finalizing the solution design.
• Oversee the project timeline , quality and scope and ensure completion within the allocated budget
• Manage customer escalations and provide resolutions
