Position Requirements:
- Provide Enterprise Managed Print Services (EMPS) Support to all facets of installation, operation, device upgrades (i.e., hard drive changes for Secret Internet Protocol Router Network [SIPRNet] to Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network [NIPRNet] transition), software/firmware replacement and upgrades, decommissioning, logistics, monitoring, management, and restoral of devices.
- Supervise daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, sorting & transferring materials, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.
- Maintain display high levels of professionalism, lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, and maintain constant communication with warehouse leadership at all times.
- Collaborate with all departments and management to maximize productivity in the facility, ensure associates receive proper training and mentorship, and manage hiring/scheduling to ensure that team is properly staffed at all times.
- Lead both outgoing and incoming shipping activities to meet shareholder expectations.
- Responsible for packing, posting, weight, and shipping charges as applies to each item to be shipped out.
- Responsible for compiling a list of unfulfilled orders for future reference.
- As applicable, decide the load limit of each truck used in the loading and delivery process.
- Read shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other documents to determine priorities and shipping methods that are needed to meet schedules.
- Notify maintenance unit or contact external service providers in the case of defects on materials for repairs.
- Carry out regular inventory cycle counts of supplied materials.
- Ensure the availability of stock to reduce shortages.
- Support the simplification and standardization of processes in a bid to enhance effectiveness.
- Manages reporting of Government property on contract to include, CAP, Monthly, and Annual Inventory Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A Master’s degree is highly desired.
- 5 years’ experience using material control procedures on Government Contracts
- Mastery of Microsoft tools and applications
- Working knowledge of DISA and/or DoD is a plus.
