Leads and performs the operational tasks for the fine and fashion jewelry departments to enhance the customer experience, maintain inventory and prevent shrinkage.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leads the SET process in fine and fashion jewelry based on company guidance.
• Completes all pricing and signing activities in Fine Jewelry.
• Completes all inventory processes (cycle count, system uploads, stock ledger, Radio Frequency Identification scans) within the fine and fashion jewelry departments.
• Completes all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse and Defective Merchandise to Transfer Out activities.
• Maintains all in/out merchandise for fine jewelry repair.
• Maintains sales floor restock and recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
