JCPenney is Hiring a Customer Experience Supervisor Near Virginia, VA

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cashiers and customer service representatives
- Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the customer service team
