Senior Specialist Integrated Marketing
The Integrated Marketing Sr Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with the Manager and Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing. This position works cross-functionally to serve as a critical point of contact with merchants, creative, and e-commerce, including Campaign strategy teams to support seasonal content plans. The Integrated Marketing Specialist is a functional support role to the group that manages the day-to-day transfer of information and performs tactical and oversight functions related to planning, coordinating, proofing, and executing all product applications for the given area of assignment. This position works across various brands and services with multiple product lines.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manages sample process from concept through execution to support all print, digital, and broadcast needs. Works directly with the marketing, merchant, copy, sample, and styling teams to organize, tag, and process samples to be shipped out for photography; ensures all data is complete and accurate for marketing/advertising photography production.
  • Supports preparing and proofing marketing plans, materials, data, and recaps for weekly advertising projects. Responsible for tracking all marketing records from project start to completion of project.
  • Builds, submits, and updates information for the content management system.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and providing recaps of advertising, pricing, and promotional activity throughout the year to support future business planning.
  • Monitors competitive activity and pricing. Review analysis findings with the broader marketing team.
  • Serves as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, setting up interactions and daily communications.
  • Where required, reviews content for detail accuracy, providing feedback and ensuring content is correct to plan.
  • Works on special projects requiring working with third-party vendors for coordination between production, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Works directly with new brands for onboarding brand setup online.
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Merchandising
  • 2-4 years of marketing or merchandising experience, ideally in retail, apparel, fashion, or brand marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally without direct reporting responsibility.
  • Self-starter who takes the initiative. Flexible with change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, analyzing, retrieving, and presenting information.
