Principal Responsibilities :

The Richard S. Adler Early Childhood Learning Center is a nurturing and innovative learning environment dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young children.

Our center provides a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and thrive. We believe in the importance of early childhood education laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our learning center by providing administrative support to the staff, parents, and children.

Minimum Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors, parents and children warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with enrollment and registration processes, including paperwork and doc.
  • Maintain accurate records, including student attendance, enrollment, and contact information.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office env.
  • Adhere to all center policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Passion for working with young children and families.
  • Patience and understanding are a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with hours as needed.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Hours : Part-time 11 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., Monday toFriday (hours may vary, need flexibility)

Salary Range : $15 to $17 per hour, commensurate withexperience
