He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice to all employees within the assigned facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, terminations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is a key player in supporting JBS Prepared Foods succession planning and organizational development.
