Material Handler - Weekend ShiftLocation: Riverside, CAPay: $19.00 - $25.71 per hour depending on experienceHours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Friday/Saturday/SundayEarn an additional $5.00 per hour on the weekend shift!Make any day a pay day with on-demand pay!How You Will Make an Impact:The Material Handler is responsible for the loading/unloading of materials from trucks as well as assisting with the maintaining of inventory.The Nuts and Bolts:Load, unload and check in freightStoring and documenting freightDeliver material to the production areaCount and organize part storage areaRead and interpret written orders, specifications and labelsPerform safety and quality checksWork and adhere to all safety policiesHandle Hazardous Waste in accordance with legislated and company policiesRequired Credentials:Basic math, tape measurement and computer skillsBasic experience with Forklifts/PIT EquipmentAble to understand and comprehend measurementAble to read and interpret blueprints for special applicationsMust be 18 years oldPreferred Credentials(but not required):Previous experience in manufacturingPrevious experience working on truck bodiesHigh School Diploma or equivalent GEDYou Must Be Able to:This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand (sometimes for extended periods); walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 35 pounds. The team member may, at times, sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces).
