Job Overview:
The Retail Operations and Merchandising Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the boutique, with responsibilities spanning inventory management, product development, procurement, merchandising, and budget oversight. This multifaceted role encompasses tasks such as unpacking new orders, crafting innovative products for the boutique's website, diligently managing inventory levels to meet demand, strategically purchasing new inventory to align with market trends and customer preferences, orchestrating compelling visual displays and layouts to optimize product visibility and customer engagement, and maintaining financial accountability by overseeing the store's budget. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, creative flair, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Price merchandise accurately and ensure price tags are displayed correctly
- Create visually appealing displays using visual merchandising techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays
- Assisiting with planning and preparing photoshoots

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate pricing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
