Job Description: Social Media Assitant and Backend Specialist

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to fill the role of Social Media and Backend Support Specialist. In this hybrid position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social media manager in content creation, engagement, and analytics, while also providing backend support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative flair, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the social media manager in creating and curating engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Collaborate with the social media manager to develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.

Provide backend support to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our systems and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.

Assist in deploying backend updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with development and operations teams.

Implement security measures to protect backend systems and data from unauthorized access or breaches.

Document backend configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and engagement for businesses or brands.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical proficiency in backend technologies, programming languages, and frameworks.

Experience in backend support or development roles.

Knowledge of database management systems, web servers, and cloud platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and strategies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.06 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
