Job Summary:
As a Boutique and Salon Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests by seamlessly integrating boutique and salon services. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including upselling retail items to boutique guests, ensuring the boutique remains organized and impeccably clean to enhance the shopping experience, meeting daily and monthly retail sales goals to drive business success, managing phone inquiries for the hair salon with professionalism and efficiency, efficiently booking hair salon reservations to optimize scheduling, checking in salon guests with warmth and attentiveness, maintaining an accurate record of upcoming salon reservations to ensure smooth operations, and actively upselling services and products to salon guests to enhance their overall experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude towards sales, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and basic math skills
- Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is an advantage
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
