Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Business Development/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Must be proficient in marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and play a key role in its growth.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company
goals and objectives
● Identify new business opportunities and target markets
● Responsible for keeping market spend within budget
● Weekly and monthly marketing reporting
● Ensure bad leads are refunded from respective companies
● Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor
activities
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
● Manage the sales team to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
● Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations,
and promotional campaigns
● Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure
effectiveness and make improvements
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance,
and operations, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Skills:
● Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role
● Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
● Excellent leadership and team management skills
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and
partners
● Proficient in calendar management, office management, schedule management,
QuickBooks, clerical tasks, front desk operations, vendor management,
budgeting, and human resources
● Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven
decisions
● Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
