Your Role on Our Team:

As one of our Medical Receptionists, you will play a pivotal role in the healthcare journey of our patients. You will be the friendly face welcoming our patients, providing exceptional service and care. Your diverse range of duties includes:

Orchestrating smooth appointment scheduling

Assisting patients with contact lens orders and cost estimates

Verifying insurance benefits and patient eligibility

Skillfully handling patient inquiries over the phone

Accurate processing and recording of payments

Efficient management of billing

Plus, we're eager to provide in-house training where needed!

You are a person of integrity and professionalism, with a stable work history. You are approachable, patient, and possess a patient-first attitude. Your communication skills are exemplary, your organization skills meticulous, and you have an impressive aptitude for patient care and service. You're adaptable, reliable, and a multitasker with a keen eye for detail. You are computer proficient, have a basic understanding of numeracy, and experience with health insurance and patient care would be a plus.

Relocation/Commute:

Candidates should be able to commute reliably or are planning to relocate to Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 prior to employment.
