Seeking an Experienced Sales Manager in Northeast Ohio

Job Description: As a Sales Manager at Jay Honda, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include training, managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a professional and energetic attitude. You will bring dynamic energy, a humble attitude, and a growth mindset to the role, actively engaging in daily management and phone training sessions to enhance our team's skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions, including phone training, to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
  • Active Management: Engage in daily hands-on management to ensure optimal team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to adopt a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Training Expertise: Strong background in conducting effective training sessions, particularly in phone sales.
