Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City has an immediate opportunity for a experienced, proven and motivated F& I Manager.

Must have a proven track record, a great attitude and be a team player.

Ford, DealerTrack DMS, VIN Solutions, Dealer DMV, and Darwin experience are a plus.

Great schedule, days off during the week, plus we close at 7pm daily, 5pm on Saturday's and close on Sunday's

The F&I Manager is responsible to offer financial service product options to customers in a no-pressure manner, negotiate finance and lease arrangements with lenders, and complete required documents for the transaction. Review all documents for accuracy and completion to ensure prompt payment of finance contracts and registration of sales. Takes a leadership role in executing all aspects of the delivery of vehicles to the customer, including the final distribution of documents to the appropriate departments.

• Must have reports to support productivity and product sales
• Finance and Insurance experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms)
• Negotiation expertise
• Demonstrated ability to close sales
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
• Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Impressive work ethic and appearance
