Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our clients in all areas of human resources. This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive HR assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions - Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations - Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives - Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics - Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes - Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain effective workforce management strategies - Utilize HR software systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, and UltiPro to streamline HR processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices - Experience with HR software systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, and UltiPro - Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses. Pay: $43.90 - $51.36 per hour
