Overview

Leads digital marketing strategy in conjunction with the VP and CMO. Manages digital marketing efforts and leads digital programs that support marketing and business development initiatives. Establishes plans, and administers the overall direction, execution, and goals for the digital marketing and client relationship marketing (CRM) functions. Oversees email marketing and partners to manage content and design additions on the website. Oversees the collection, analysis, and presentation of web and digital marketing data to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives. Manages the digital aspects of key online brand initiatives and ensures a focus on the digital customer journey and helps build customer intimacy. Leads the digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees email marketing and marketing aspect of CRM program to maximize client engagement.25%
• Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review processensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.20%
• Monitors and analyzes email performance metrics to maximize engagement, minimize opt-outs, and make recommendations to improve future campaigns.10%
• Plans, develops, and publishes engaging website content and landing pages.10%
• Develops and maintains targeting strategy to reach target audience.10%
• Identifies tools and techniques for assessing, presenting, and applying this information to the business.5%
• Provides data-driven recommendations for web content updates and enhancements.5%
• Oversees social media posts on company pages (including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and others as needed), and posts content on social media platforms.5%
• Oversees the plan development and executes the ad buy for social media advertisements and other ad 5%
• Provides data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement and referred website traffic.5%

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. -Required

Expereince

• 7-9 yearsof working in digital marketing. - Required
• 7-9 yearsof creating content, writing, and video marketing. - Required
• 7-9 yearsof working in the legal or other professional services industry. -Preffered

Skills

• Proficient in CRM (i.e. HubSpot), HTML, SEO, Analytics, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Required
• Written and verbal communication skills. - Required
• Good understanding of the legal industry. - Preffered
