Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods between clients
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation of goods
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage logistics data
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process
- Maintain accurate inventory, delivery schedules, and customer orders
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of common carrier operations and logistics terminology
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
