Who you are : The Inside Salesperson is someone who will connect with customers through mail, phone, and social media channels to engage them to consider Jade services.
The leads will come from various sources (website, webinars, events, and cold calling). Your goal is to schedule a meeting on a specific topic with the customer where you would engage the pre-sales team from the business units to have a conversation.
After your introduction to Jade, you will have good working knowledge of the services provided and be able to ask probing questions to understand what the customer may need and then connect them with the appropriate business unit.
Your compensation will be a mixture of base salary and commission. The sky is the limit, and you will control your compensation through your strong customer relationship, understanding their needs and matching it to the offerings Jade provides.

Why this role matters : We are in a rapid growth mode, and we need to engage a larger audience of customers to hear about and purchase our services.
This role will be the outreach from Jade to attract customers with a targeted message, assess all their service’s needs, understand their buying process, gauge their interest in buying at this time and when appropriate schedule a meeting with the customer and the appropriate Business Unit to drive new business opportunities.
