Jade Global is Hiring a Remote Inside sales

Underlying all this we help our customers manage their day-to-day operations with infrastructure and application support and enhancement services.

We have emerging PMO and Organizational Change Management offerings to help our customers not only make the business and technology changes with tightly controlled deliverables and timeframes but help their stakeholders better understand and accept the resulting changes.

Our R&D team focuses on the leading technologies, such as AI and ML and using those technologies creates automated solutions to business challenges.

An example of this is our product, Kanverse, provides our customers with an AI / ML based application that can read and decipher documents, such as vendor invoices, customer invoices, insurance intake forms, with 98% accuracy.

Who you are : The Inside Salesperson is someone who will connect with customers through mail, phone, and social media channels to engage them to consider Jade services.

The leads will come from various sources (website, webinars, events, and cold calling). Your goal is to schedule a meeting on a specific topic with the customer where you would engage the pre-sales team from the business units to have a conversation.

After your introduction to Jade, you will have good working knowledge of the services provided and be able to ask probing questions to understand what the customer may need and then connect them with the appropriate business unit.

Your compensation will be a mixture of base salary and commission. The sky is the limit, and you will control your compensation through your strong customer relationship, understanding their needs and matching it to the offerings Jade provides.

Why this role matters : We are in a rapid growth mode, and we need to engage a larger audience of customers to hear about and purchase our services.

This role will be the outreach from Jade to attract customers with a targeted message, assess all their service’s needs, understand their buying process, gauge their interest in buying at this time and when appropriate schedule a meeting with the customer and the appropriate Business Unit to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Primarily responsible for Lead generation, executing campaigns and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers or influencers through cold calls to prospective clients across US & Canada.
  • Generate new opportunities by working closely with Sales Team members to schedule follow-on conversations with customers prospects
  • Use phone, email, LinkedIn and other social channels to attract and engage customer prospects to sell Jade services.

Candidate Profile :

  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales activities in IT services or similar industries
  • Good understanding of how companies use Technologies to support and expand their business.
  • Knowledge of any industry vertical like, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Science etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
  • Experience in time management and multitasking with a results-driven attitude
  • Business Development and business management background and knowledge would be a plus
  • Post-grad diploma or certification in business management
  • Winning attitude with the ability to breakdown complex tasks into manageable work streams / tasks
