ABOUT US:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a integral part of Jaco Mechanical, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative task to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:
- Handling billing invoicing and bill processes. - Proficient use of QuickBooks. - Ordering material for jobs. - Handle employee hours and maintain employee scheduling
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage phone systems and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages).
-Ensure up-to-date accurate insurance certificates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft word, Excel and general office software.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Bronx, NY 10465 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bronx, NY 10465: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
