**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews

- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes along with safety training programs

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues

- Coordinate training and development programs for employees

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

- Administer benefits programs and assist with workers' compensation claims

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in employment labor law and HR sourcing techniques

- Experience in conducting interviews and handling administrative tasks

- Knowledge of training development principles and human capital management

- Familiarity with contract management and workers' compensation processes
