Position Title: Grand Fishing Adventures Assistant Manager

Functions of Role: 

Assist Manager in overseeing operations at applicable shops and satellite locations to achieve excellent guest service, branding, training, and budgetary goals..

• Trains, manages, and motivates staff to drive retail sales and service.
• Train all retail staff on RTP usage and procedures.
• Assist Manager to develop and implement training programs for all store staff to ensure they are exceeding our guest service and operational expectations as well as meeting all safety requirements.
• Manage schedule and Timecards for staff within area of responsibility.
• Manage and purchase unique hardgoods parts and inventory to support excellent service and reputation of store
• Work with Information Systems team to ensure all technology needs are met ahead of each season
• Morning Meeting Facilitator and Sales Goal/Up selling Coach.
• Maintains efficient daily operation of Retail department and promotes excellent customer service.
• Promotes retail operation with the assistance of the Manager.
• Inventory control of all retail merchandise and oversees bi-annual physical inventory count procedure.
• Assist in receiving and transferring products between stores.
• Coordinates cross-selling and training with all other JHMR outlets.
• Maintains store presentation to meet all retail visual standards.
• Assists in beginning of season set-up and end of season breakdown.
