Administrator- Assistant Principal
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time; Exempt Position; 10-month; Dependent on budget and program needs, this position is eligible for extended summer employment
LOCATION: To Be Determined
SALARY: Salary placement will be determined by the NC State Salary Schedule based on license and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold valid/current NC School Administrator License - 0012; have knowledge of NC StandardCourse of Study. Must have or be willing to obtain CDL-bus license.
DUTIES: Administrative duties as per laws of NC and policies of Jackson County Board of Education; will serve as the Testing Coordinator and LEA Representative for the school; will assist with discipline; may assist with buses, textbooks, athletics, and other duties as needed to meet the success of the overall school program. Experience with test administration strongly preferred. Additional duties as assigned by the Principal and/or
Superintendent.
