Salary: $16.00

Job Duties:

Maintain the front office at Kemper Outdoor Education Center, answering phone calls, answering email questions and providing information to the public.
Assist with the planning and execution of Jacomo Summer Camp.
Coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of camp activity data and running reports.
Responsible for camp registration and sales.
Provides general administrative support functions.
May supervise and assist volunteers as assigned.
May assist in planning special events including the annual Kids’ Fishing Derby and Dogtober fest.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

During Jacomo Summer Camp, must work all 10 weeks (June 3 – August 9), 29 hours a week.
Experience in Rectrac is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a service orientation and ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals.
Detail Oriented
Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.
