YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative:

• You’ll communicate with our technicians and/or customers
• You'll answer,triage, and schedule inbound phone calls
• You'll keepService Coordinators informed of needed availability
• You'll createnew and update existing customers in CRM
• You'll outbound call/text/email unsold estimates, expiring memberships, existing leads, and recurring services
• You'll reply to the customer service email inbox
• You'll take payment over the phone

Skill Requirements:

• Represent Jackson Comfort in a professional, likable manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public
• Cheerful attitude
• Attentiveness and patience
• Perform conflict resolution
• Work well under pressure
• Receive and initiate a high level of call and message volume daily
• Intermediate computer skills
• Type40-45 words per minute
