Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage the barbers calendar
- Collect customer information and update information in system if needed
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer applications, including data entry and calendar management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
