Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of our facility. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Ensure all rooms are well-stocked with supplies and amenities
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Understanding of floor care techniques is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a bonus
