Jack Doheny is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Position Objective
This role will provide sales administrative support for all sales related activities including but not limited to, sales quotes, bids, leasing, equipment sales checklist, and post sales file maintenance, as well as coordination of interdepartmental information. This position will also provide customer service and support and will be expected to interact with customers and vendors, both in-person and on the telephone.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process equipment orders and quotes
  • Process bids, buyouts, truck availability, post equipment purchase
  • Execute CRM Quoting process – Complete requested quotes for sales team (approximately 6-10 people)
  • Maintain sales related files and sales equipment
  • Coordinate flow of information between sales team and the sales lead
  • Coordinate lease sales between finance companies, the sales force, and the sales lead
  • Audit CRM data entry daily
  • Work on special projects – Examples include: Open Houses, etc.
  • Provides and participates in cross training
  • Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Protects clients' rights and privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedure, and reporting any changes that may be required
  • Other clerical functions as required
  • Contact current and potential customers to promote new and existing products & services, offer special discounts & promotions, or present other campaigns to drive JDC business and revenue
  • Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify campaign opportunities, promotional opportunities, and other means to generate interest in JDC products and services within their regions
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer software programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology
  • Experience using ERP software a plus
  • Prior experience in a dealership environment a plus
  • Prior experience supporting a sales/marketing department or high-level executive is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, use discretion, and exercise good judgment

The individual in this position will interact regularly with employees and managers in other departments and locations at Jack Doheny Company Receiving and reacting to directions other than from your immediate supervisor will be required periodically. Conversely, there will also be times when the person in this position must give directions to others.
