JAC Products has an opportunity for an electronic data interchange (EDI) analyst to join our team in Saline, MI. In this position, you will be responsible for the daily operation and stability of the North America region's ERP and EDI systems. The EDI/ERP analyst will work with users, customers, and suppliers to identify and resolve ERP related information technology concerns.

What you'll do:

• You'll be the technical expert for Infor AutoRelease and related products.
• Monitor and resolve EDI processing and communication concerns due to system configuration or technical concerns.
• Design, layout, and support ERP processes that generate labeling and shipping documentation.
• Monitor, upgrade, and support the region’s ERP applications and associated hardware and software. Apply updates, fixes, and other technical activities as needed to assure proper operation.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar experience (preferred)
• Minimum five (5) years working with electronic data interchange (EDI) in the automotive industry.
• Minimum five (5) years working with ERP (inventory, purchasing, and accounting) within the automotive industry.
• Experience working with and supporting the IBM System I (AS/400).
• Experience supporting and maintaining a multi-site ERP environment.
