Role: Responsible for auditing AML/Title 31, primarily. Will also assist with gaming and non-gaming revenue recording and audits. Prepares reports daily and maintains files for GCB and FinCEN. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Understanding of and experience with auditing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) a.k.a. Title 31
• Understanding of gaming regulations preferred 
• Able to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and management.
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate with associates, guests, and others verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of common business computer applications preferred.
• Accounting and/or financial background preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

Valid Nevada Gaming registration

MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Title 31 audits - includes filing of CTRs and SARs.

Generating daily, weekly and month-end reports.

Performing Gaming Control audit procedures.

Audit and recording of daily gaming and non-gaming revenues.

Prepare daily managerial reports.

Prepare exception reports for non-compliance with Title-31 and Gaming Regulations.

Maintain required logbooks and exception reports.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
