Order Fulfillment Specialist

Our client, Calypso Enterprises, a medical cannabis cultivation company located in Erie, PA under new ownership and recommitted to building a world class team to grow excellent product, seeking detail-oriented, organized, and strategic individuals to join our team.

About the Work:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of products throughout the supply chain. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Enter data points into systems to create and print accurate product labels.
• Ensure precise labeling of products.
• Pull quantities for orders with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Pack orders efficiently and accurately for shipment.
• Expertise in loading vans for delivery routes, prioritizing secure and safe packing of all products.
• Assist in creating sales orders and coordinating delivery logistics.
• Track inventory levels meticulously and update databases regularly.
• Collaborate closely with the team to maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; Additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a preferred
• Ambition, reliability & accountability
• Proficient in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy, with prior experience in database management
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to use a computer with adaptability to new computer systems
• Ability to troubleshoot
