Job Description
The Research Assistant assists the Principal Investigator and the Senior Research Associate (SRA) with data entry, data collection (including interviews/focus groups/pilot studies) and study coordination. The RA1 is also responsible for conducting literature reviews, statistical analysis and reporting. Assistance to the SRA for completion/monitoring of IRB documents and procedures is also required. The RA1 is also responsible for other relevant tasks as assigned.
This position requires at least a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience in the field of research or evaluation. Knowledge of commonly-used research and evaluation software, concepts, practices, and procedures is required. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This position requires reporting to the Senior Research Associate and Project Coordinator.
