Chief Operating Officer
Our client, a family-owned major trucking company with 140 truck fleet located in the Youngstown, OH area, has a newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.
The individual selected will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in all facets of transportation & the trucking industry (including logistics ) to include: driver retention & recruitment, finance/budgeting (including financial analysis and reporting), building and implementing a highly developed modern system designed to increase profitability, customer satisfaction and employee morale.This individual will be asked to function as a member of the Senior Management Team and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. This position Is designed for the unique candidate who is focused on taking a thriving business from" Good to Great."
