Part-Time Ambassador

Job Description

We are seeking Encanterra Members as part-time Office Ambassadors to support our new and return guests at the Model Gallery. The candidate will be in a front-line position greeting our guests, getting them registered, directing their next steps, and tracking their visit. The position is in a very fast-paced environment where speaking with guests and members in a professional, enthusiastic, courteous, and timely manner is critical. This position will be approximately 5-20 hours per week. Shifts are approximately 5 hours per day and schedules are set monthly. We are looking for weekday and weekend support.

Knowledge and Experience

To be a successful Office Ambassador at Encanterra Country Club, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Knowledge of the home building and real estate industries a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills - internet, MS Office applications.
• Office/Business experience preferred, but not required for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

As an Office Ambassador at Encanterra Country Club, you will:

• Engage with guests in a positive, friendly, and supportive manner.
• Effectively track and manage guests using our CRM/Google systems.
• Skillfully deflect questions related to real estate and perform a smooth handoff to a Community Representative.
• Assist with keeping the environment neat, presentable, and fully prepared for the guest experience.
• Office and clerical support will be required as/when needed.

• Be a responsible self-manager and prioritize your tasks.
• Be proactive in anticipating problems before they arise and adjusting accordingly.
• Be proficient in data entry, note taking. Welcome feedback and strive to improve.
• Have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, warm presentation.
