General Summary:
Responsible for supporting area office needs and activities. Work with project teams to accurately and timely initiate, submit, track, report and maintain project documents.
Provides the following duties to include but may not be limited to:
Actively engages in company s lean and continuous improvement efforts to include involved in standardization lean/continuous improvement programs and initiatives. Identify wastes and look for solutions to resolve or eliminate the waste.
Education and Experience:
2-3 year of administrative experience required
Minimum 1-year customer service required
Minimum 1-year construction industry experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work at an active construction site with Port-a-John bathroom facilities
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to pass customer background check for badging purposes
Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office trailer located at customer site. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job include walking the customer site on uneven, dry to muddy, surfaces. The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee may be exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions on facility grounds. The noise level in the work environment and facility grounds can be loud.
