J. Arthur & Co. is a rapidly growing digital marketing company. We’re seeking two (2) highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closers to join our team.

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment at our Newport, RI, office.

Salary: $50,000 commission bonus

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase revenue
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (in business or marketing) or equivalent in professional experience
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
