About the Opportunity:
Our Patient Representatives are the backbone of our clinics. They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently. Our PRs have a direct impact on our patient’s overall experience and are providing world class customer service. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting, and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance.
