**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Promptly answer and direct calls - Assist with check-ins and check-outs - Maintain a clean and organized front desk/ front office/ reception area - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our facility and services - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed - Assist guests as needed - Utilize computer systems to accomplish office/ administrative tasks and artistic/ creative projects
Qualifications: - Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred - Artistic/ creative mindset required - Proficiency in office tasks - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.11 - $20.05 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- San Diego, CA (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- San Diego, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
