$5,000 sign on bonus. 

Responsibilities as BOM:

• Private collections
• Insurance Verification
• Data entry of resident demographics
• Completion of required admission paper work
• Medicaid application process
• Resident trust

• Requirements include:

• 2 years experience in Business Office,
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility REQUIRED, payroll experience preferred
• 2 years of Proven Collections Medicare and Medicaid experience
• 2 years of successfully processing Medicaid in
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
