Overview:

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and calculating tips
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with food service, catering, and food safety practices
- Ability to operate a POS system for order processing
