Job Description Summary

The Franchise Success Manager- Software is responsible for optimizing the adoption and use of iTrip’s proprietary software. The FSM-S will have expertise in the software, working knowledge of STR operations, and efficient integration of both. The FSM-S is responsible for initial software training for new franchisees, business coaching as part of targeted Franchise Success Teams engagements, resolving day-to-day software questions/problems as presented by franchisees, as well as serving as back up to iTrip support.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

• Provide initial iTrip software training to new franchisees
• Provide ongoing training and problem solving for individual franchisees
• Perform audits of Franchise Hubs as requested by leadership or Franchisee
• Coach franchisees on optimizing the software and integrating it into their operations
• Serve on franchisee-specific Franchise Success Teams as the iTrip Software expert
• Serve as backup for iTrip support
• Build all franchisee business Hubs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Franchisees

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

• Previous PMS experience
• General knowledge of short-term rental operations
• General knowledge of OTA’s and OTA integrations with software
• STR management experience is a plus

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School required
