We are a leading Engineering company looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, launching, execution, and completion of automotive projects within the company. You will work closely with our customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables, in line with our customers’ requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Mitigate project risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and productivity.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.

What will you need as a successful Project Manager?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in project management in the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Availability to live in North Carolina.
