All Portfolio Open Positions is Hiring a Project Implementation Specialist - Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Near Carolina, NC

Overview

The Project Implementation Specialist will play a vital role in delivering a clear and robust training program for the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) participants. This role will support the organization’s goals and mission while helping to ensure a successful participant onboarding process is achieved.

This position will also perform Tier 1 customer support to our network participants, ensuring inquiries and concerns from program participants are addressed promptly and effectively. With expertise in training, coupled with healthcare knowledge, this role will be instrumental in achieving our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in the implementation of the CIN training program to support onboarding of new CIN participants.
  • Plan and execute projects related to the CIN training program, ensuring timely completion.
  • Serve as the key point of contact to support CIN participants by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and additional communication channels.
  • Conduct regular meetings with CIN participants to review progress, address challenges, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage ongoing projects and provide overall support for the CIN program.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the company policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and program-related issues that participants may encounter.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and external vendors, tracking for follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and gather
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related
  • Minimum two years of experience in healthcare training
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and the broader healthcare industry.
  • Proven record in successfully managing complex healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with all levels of management.
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative as well as critical thinking skills within a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up environment.
  • Enthusiastic about actively engaging in collaborative efforts with colleagues to contribute towards the growth and success of the company.
  • Prior experience with Value Base Care, Population Health, or Health Care Quality a plus.
