Vacancy: Installation Manager.

Location: Austin, TX, US (on-site).

We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding Installation Manager to join our team. In this role, you you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient installation of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems in the production line. You will work closely with technicians, suppliers, and clients to ensure that installations are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Supervise and train when required a team of technicians, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to perform installations.
• Develop and implement installation plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Monitor installation progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and equipment needed for installations.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Oversee the progression of the installation process in several project and sites.
• Coordinate with the Installation Planner and Project Managers the planning and resources required in each site.

What will you need as a successful Installation Manager?

• Degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an installation manager in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using installation and maintenance software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
• English and Spanish knowledge is required.
