Job Details
Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Direct Hire
Rate: Starting pay $50/hr
Roles and responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years working in this role.
- Tour All Restrooms in common corridors
- Tour 100% monthly Critical PM s, including custodial for scheduling and completion accuracy.
- Coordinate with CFM BPA contractor to complete scheduled and random inspections of critical systems.
- Tour All N Corridor conference rooms.
- Tour all common food service areas to include Galleys, kitchenettes, vendor areas, cafeteria, etc.
- Inspect and report 25% of closed routine tickets within last 24 hours.
- Inspect and report 100% of all open and closed urgent tickets within last 24 hours.
- Inspect and report 100% of all open and closed emergency tickets within last 24 hours.
- Tour Parking Garage basement and subbasement levels to identify any structural, cosmetic, electrical, or plumbing related issues.
- Tour the site perimeter to identify any structural, cosmetic, electrical, or plumbing related issues.
- Tour the 8th Floor (Penthouse) to identify any structural, cosmetic, electrical, or plumbing related issues.
- Shall provide a weekly Report of complete building condition to the QA Manager.
- Oversee onsite construction projects to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to performance, schedule, and deliverables throughout the life of the project.
- Other duties as assigned.
