The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing communications and campaigns for the member-focused audience. As part of the Brand and Innovation team, you will partner with creative, product marketing, field marketing, events, sales, planning, data, and digital teams to orchestrate a holistic communications experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Lead Isagenix’s marketing communications strategy to drive engagement and conversation across all communications channels. 
• Manage and oversee the marketing communications team to create an integrated communications experience for customers, associates, and the broader Isagenix audience. 
• Partner with the product marketing team to oversee the execution of product-focused messaging for launches, discontinuations, and other product related updates.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on one comprehensive plan for each campaign & align on comprehensive company communications.
• Provide guidance and direction for go-to-market communications based on market and consumer insights. 
• Understand customer insights and behaviors to reach the proper audience and nurture the customer journey. 
• Partner with other leaders to drive short-term and long-term marcom strategies. 
• Attract, retain, and develop a team of talent, driving ongoing optimization of team and skill sets. 
• Set specific marketing communications objectives, reporting on team projects, status updates 
• Maintain the company-wide Marcom calendar – coordinating with sales, social media, and field marketing to ensure efficiency and coordination of outgoing communications 
• Keep executive management informed of program updates, changes or emerging issues and provide input, advice, and guidance to the organization. 

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. 
• 6 years of marketing, communications, social media experience. 
• 3 years of focus in marketing communications 
• 2 years of experience managing and leading top performing teams. 
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to optimize messages for audiences and channels. 
• Collaborative and strategic thinker, independent problem-solving skills, and ability to drive consensus. 
• Ability to make creative contributions that influence campaigns and apply analytical skills to measure success and inform future initiatives. 
• Have an innate sense of urgency and being able to create urgency for others to drive a campaign or program forward. 
• Ability to propose solutions and multiple options for management to review and select from
• Detail-oriented and always see the big picture. Have no trouble turning a multi-dimensional program tracker into an executive or top-line summary. 
• Comfortable working both in Mac and Windows Operating Systems.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
• 8 years of marketing, communications, and social media experience
• 4 years of people management experience. 
• Experience in Network Marketing. 
• Experience using various marcom platforms (i.e., Stripo, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
