Job Summary:

This is a Non-Exempt position that ensures continuous recruitment and full enrollment of assigned site(s) including grantee and/or partner site(s); provides and monitors direct case management services families enrolled in the Head Start and Early Head Start Programs; promotes services including social services, family and community engagement, father engagement, literacy education, health tracking and nutrition, mental health, and disabilities; Serves as a liaison between Head Start or Early Head Start center and the home; Partners with families to assist in developing and implementing goals to address their needs and to support school readiness in their child/children; Responsible for performing the full range of family services including information, referrals and health tracking and performs related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum of a high school diploma, degree in Social Work or a related discipline preferred. 
  2. Experience: Experience with Head Start and Early Head Start registrations, child electronic data tracking systems, Head Start Performance Standards, and Day Care licensing standards preferred.
