Job Summary:

This is a Non-Exempt position that assists classroom staff in implementing the individualized goals and objectives set forth for a particular child/children that has/have been identified as needing specialized assistance. Aide will observe and record specific behavioral data as well as targeted goals and objectives and routinely communicate observations and progress with program staff, consultants and parents. 

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum of High School Diploma
  2. Experience: None
  3. Other Qualifications: Start the Child Development Credentialing (CDA) process within a year of employment.
